CARPET CLEANING & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

To clean carpets and rugs, our professionally trained staff use the hot water extraction method. This is a thorough, deep cleaning process, where we will:

• Pre spray the whole area with a detergent, to loosen any dirt/germs stuck to the fibres.
• Treat stains/soiled areas with specialised products
• Spray on a fine mist of hot water and a rinsing agent, which rinses the fibres and emulsifies the dirt. This is then extracted with a powerful vacuum, which removes the water, soils and odours leaving your carpets/upholstery sanitised and odour free.
  

Drying?

Drying times vary depending on ventilation, weather and type of carpet/upholstery. Generally it will be dry within 4-8 hours, slightly less if it’s warmer with good ventilation and longer in colder wetter weather.

You are able to walk on the carpets immediately if need be, but please ensure clean footwear is worn to prevent re-soiling. ‍

Is it safe for my family and pets?

The latest and most effective chemicals are used by our staff. These are non-toxic, and are fully rinsed out upon completion of the carpet/upholstery cleaning process. At times it is necessary to use stronger than normal chemicals to treat difficult stains, and if so we will recommend children and pets are kept away whilst cleaning is in progress.

Can you move my furniture?

We are happy to shuffle light furniture, and will work around heavier larger items.
